Extensive testing has been conducted in fields such as petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, mining, metallurgy, and environmental protection (industrial wastewater, municipal sludge, aquaculture wastewater). Product Features

1. The casing adopts a pull-rod device, making it easy to open and close for convenient maintenance. Equipped with an internal cleaning device, it ensures the cleanliness of the process chamber, especially suitable for handling multiple products to avoid cross-contamination of different materials.
2. During operation, the machine exhibits no significant first or second-order resonance within the designed speed range. The vibration intensity at the bearing seat is controlled between 2mm/s and 4mm/s, avoiding additional fatigue damage to components caused by high-frequency vibration and beat vibration.
3. The spiral uses a BD baffle squeezing structure, making the clear liquid clearer and the discharged solids drier. An accelerated wear-resistant strip is designed inside the spiral core tube to accelerate the material while preventing wear on the inner wall of the spiral core tube material bin.
4. The lubrication system uses forced circulation of thin oil, allowing higher speeds, larger separation factors, and better separation effects.
5. The operating system adopts an HMI human-machine interface, enabling various operations of the centrifuge through the interface and real-time monitoring of its working status. It provides protection against overload, short circuit, and phase loss in the circuit and frequency converter. It has a comprehensive monitoring and alarm system that monitors operating parameters such as centrifuge speed, bearing temperature, and overall vibration in real time, and alarms and shuts down when parameters are abnormal, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.
6. A specially designed damping device eliminates resonance caused by liquid ring stall during startup and shutdown. The centrifuge main bearing protection device provides protection for the main rotating body in case of main bearing failure.
